MyMedSchedule Plus App

Sync your customized medication schedule (MedAction plan) with the MyMedSchedule Plus App.   MyMedSchedule Plus is a free mobile app for iOS and Android that is designed to give patients and caregivers access to their medication schedules anywhere they go.

1. Submit your name and contact information here.
2. Expect a call.  Someone will contact you to set up your account -- your name, date of birth, preferred email, and zip code will be required to set up your account. 
3. Download the app at the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. 
4. Follow the registration instructions for iOS or Android
